We created an interactive internal campaign. With weekly interactive gifts and test. We delivered over 50+ new brand ambassadors. Internally this helped employees in different areas of the company from sales to customer service to flight attendants not just learn about the merger but also introduce brand expectations. Because at the end of the day, they really are the face of the airlines.
